1-2-1 Antenatal Exercise

Long gone are the days we were told "put your feet up" during pregnancy. We know inactivity poses a far greater risk. With so much happening physically its really important to look after yourself and create healthy habits.

1-2-1 GP Exercise Referral

When you've been advised by a GP to exercise, its so important to train at the right level. If you've been ill or are recovering from injury the same cautions apply. I take the time to plan out the best exercise program for you.

1-2-1, Small group & Holiday fitness

Ever been curious about working with a trainer? Well here's your chance! Train alone or with friends. Maybe you fancy some family fun? Your family and kids can join in too free of charge!

Community spirit & mindfulness

Use me to get your community group feeling fitter and mentally stronger. Be it a walking, charity gig or sports day, or if you just need to learn to relaxation I'll make sure you end up feeling good about yourself. You turn up and I'll do the rest!

Stoke rehab & disability exercise

Working with wheel chair users, clients livng with brain injury or waiting for surgery is an area of great interest to me.I have accumulated over 200 hours practical experience in gym, nursing, care home and community settings.
