Post natal exercise offers the right level of coaching and considers the varying stages of postnatal recovery each woman goes through. I incorporate pilates, yoga and a total body conditioning approach to functional training for mums. We even practice crawling like a baby!

Training clients with targeted pre/post-natal posture focused fitness, Pilates or stress relieving Yoga requires a higher level of knowledge. After a deep health screening and lifestyle consultation I work closely with each individual to ensure their goals are meet. Some ladies love weekly phone calls on top of our sessions. Others like a weekly nutrition challenge and homework practices. All clients are encouraged to listen to their bodies and learn movements to intuitively heal and nourish the mind and body. My role supports women to approach their health in a more loving and holistic way and get them feeling more energised, motivated and confident in their roles as mothers because as they improve their self care together we can take time to workout in a way that suits them best.

Pregnancy Wellbeing Workshops

A trimester tailored active workout with relaxation to finish. Suitable for complete beginners and, experts. Using a perfect blend of relevant Pilates and Yoga you'll be feeling strong, less achy and more motivated towards looking after your body at this special time. Using visualisation, personal ritual/intention setting, progressive muscle relaxation or music. Education, practical immediately useful tools are offered supporting posture, post natal recovery information, nutritional check ins and life long self care tools are explored in this community space.
Enjoy meeting like minded women, using specialist guidance, emailed resources and support to answer your questions. During sessions there's dedicated time to order refreshments from Coast Cafe and relax in a women's circle style setting. What more could you want!
Midwife clearance is essential. Classes are suitable for first time mums and experienced mothers, from 14 weeks till baby arrives. Workshops are located at Aspire Fitness Studio Rhos on Sea. Here's how you can work with me

A one hour wellbeing session is charged at £40
This one off lifestyle discussion supports any established wellbeing goals/identifies what to exercises or movements at work to avoid or adapt and what to focus on to put your mind at rest about whats best for you at your stage of your post natal recovery. It's a great pen an paper exercise where together we create a three point plan of action that you carry out independently.This usually involves a cuppa! We take time to practice a short mindful breathing exercise and relax too to ensure we're working from the purest of intention to get the most out of the hour. There's also the option to meet again and make revisions. I send out a medical screening google form beforehand and aim to reduce any level of worry, sign post you to other professional support if need be and or create space for you to be present with this part of the journey instead of experiencing frustration, feeling alone or being confused about what you can and can't enjoy. If you decide to work with 1-2-1s after this session, a Lifestyle Consultation is complementary as we'll have covered most of the details needed. There may need to be another chat to complete the consultation to get things started.

Lifestyle Consultation £30
30 mins-1 hour (to be honest this chat is professional and, informal it can take place over a cuppa too) a lifestyle consultation to establish mutual goals, agreeing a relevant joint focused approach which forms the basis of your guided home practice and 1-2-1 tailored training

5 x 1 hour sessions £250
Ideally sessions are twice a week for best results and support but some clients prefer one a week depending on their schedule

10 x 1 hour sessions £500
Once a week or £475 to be taken twice weekly

Whilst some enjoy one-off sessions to update, refresh and move on from plateaus, block bookings are suited to clients who are ready to make a commitment. From my experience, clients feel more motivated towards their health when they are in a routine. It helps maintain focus on eating right and tracking fitness goals more effectively.

Exercise with confidence

I'm experienced in modifying and progressing exercise. Your programme will be based around you and your baby. I'll work with you and your health visitor if need be to plan a safe and effective (more importantly enjoyable) and educational exercise programme especially, for you.
