When you've been advised by a GP to exercise, its so important to train at the right level. If you've been ill or are recovering from injury the same cautions apply. I take the time to plan out the best exercise program for you.

Working with wheel chair users, clients livng with brain injury or waiting for surgery is an area of great interest to me.I have accumulated over 200 hours practical experience in gym, nursing, care home and community settings.
