Small group exercise prices
Mates rates-bring a friend to your 1-2-1 for only £10
(limited to one friend only and subject to health screening/share the cost of your sessions. Note they will not received the same level of attention with client check ins/programming and lending of equipment)
Small Group Exercise-£55 per session based on two, three, four or five people sharing subject to available space. Please note that small group exercise is a 45 minute session and does not include the standard 1-2-1 benefits. Medical screening will still be carried out prior to the session.
If you and a couple of friends are thinking of doing a similar training session and are interested in some of the 1-2-1 benefits, get in touch we can work out the best options. Some 1-2-1 benefits can be blended into a small group session at an additional cost. I can support your training and get you closer to those personal bests and fundraising fitness event targets.
Holiday fitness price for beginners or for the adventurous
Solo holiday fitness £60 per session or two for £100 if you are staying for a few days
Includes an optional free lifestyle consultation and fitness planning for future focus (45 mins)
Holiday fitness can be a chance to up-date and refresh your training. Add some variety whilst you're on a break when you have some childcare at your disposal or some time for yourself set aside. Explore mindfulness. Polish your technique, maintain your fitness, stretch or even meditate through relaxation to a different level! Family join in for free. Don't worry I'll make sure YOU are the focus and that your training ambitions are not waylaid!
