I create, design and supply fitness and wellbeing sessions for individual members of the public, groups of special populations, in house staff and anyone or any group with an a motivation to feel fit, and, well.

Yes. In fact the level of service exceeded expectations. Natasha has embraced both the 5 Ways to Wellbeing ethos and the promotion of the Welsh Language in her sessions.
B. How would you describe the standard of work carried out?
The standard of Natasha's work is consistently high. She is always enthusiastic and friendly and responds to the needs of those attending her sessions. She also completes all the necessary paperwork in a timely fashion and always responds to communication sent to her.

Natasha's classes are always fun, very well planned out routines and a great way to have fun whilst working out, she always caters for different levels of fitness with variations of exercises to suit everyone, especially love her great choice of music too whether it be working up a sweat or winding down at the end she always knows how to bring out the best in everyone in her class!
