Use me for those important warm ups at your fundraiser. Be it a walking, running charity gig or sports day, I'll invoke the fitness party spirit for your big event. Or, deliver exercise information for your specialist health condition at the next group meeting.

Educate and motivate

Got a group of ladies in your play group? Do you run a family or toddler group? Here is a great way to offer something for them for FREE! I run workshops E.g 'what's the score with the pelvic floor?' or 'Essential posture and back care', 'Mother and baby Yoga' or even 'Family Yoga'. These are typically 20-40 minutes. Mindfulness & Yoga

Teaching young people to connect to their own minds and the skills to relax is hugely important in today's modern and hectic world. Successfully graduating from the five day Youth Mindfulness course check out the amazing Youth Mindfulness course content here and the Children Do Yoga certification. They have helped me develop a tool box of gems and treasures. Using songs, sound, breathing practice, games and plenty of fun poses I'm happy to run after school clubs and I am fully equipped.

Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing

If you are thinking about a less stressful way to team bond, contact me about a Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing taster or a full body relaxation workshop like 'The big chill' using guided imagery.

Even though its a form of meditation, guided imagery is easier for most people to use than quiet meditation as it requires less time and discipline to develop high level skill. It seduces the mind with appealing sensory images that have their own natural pull.

It is a powerful tool resulting in a subtle immersive trance state. Rightly known as a form of self-hypnosis where you can tune in and drop out! Meditation in any form really works. I can help you find what works best for you.

Mindfulness courses details & prices

Courses are typically 8 x 1 hour sessions £320 based on a max of 15 people
1 hour tasters are £40, shorter courses can be arranged. Payments are non refundable.

The five elements of this eight week course are exploring the breath, focusing the mind, meditation through movement and in stillness, gratitude and forgiveness, self awareness, learning to be, self healing, and relaxation techniques.

Fitness & wellbeing for everybody

Family sessions are open to mum's, dads, babies from six weeks onwards, pregnant women, carers, grandparents and children of any age who are willing! All members of the family join in together.

What's Tapping?

Like acupuncture, Tapping is a set of techniques know as EFT using the body's energy meridian points. You can stimulate these points with your fingertips! Literally tapping into your body's own energy and healing power.
