You're on the right tracks already because, experts agree, when you're expecting, it's really important to keep moving. Pregnant women who exercise have less back pain, more energy, a better body image and, post-delivery, a faster return to their pre-pregnancy shape.
Being pregnant and keeping fit doesn't have to mean making big time commitments or buying new equipment. I have everything you need and I can train you in the comfort of your own home, garden, favourite outdoor space or anywhere you like! Don't worry I won't have you doing any weird planks or sitting at a wall as these are not advised. I'll be your guide and train you, at your level.

Your individually designed pregnancy program will be carefully tailored to each trimester of your pregnancy with an emphasis upon maintaining core fitness, correct stretching, strengthening your postural muscles and your pelvic floor in preparation for giving birth to minimise the effects of pregnancy on your postnatal body.
All clients must check their health status with thier midwife before starting an exercise program. Prior to committing to any sessions, a 20 minute lifestyle consultation is essential. This is free of charge. We both need to know that the training I offer, is exactly right for you at this magical stage of your life!
