So you have a lovely bump growing and you want to keep fit?

You are on the right tracks already because, experts agree, when you're expecting, it's really important to keep moving. Pregnant women who exercise have less back pain, more energy, a better body image and, post-delivery, a faster return to their pre-pregnancy shape.



Being pregnant and keeping fit doesn't have to mean making big time commitments or buying new equipment. I have everything you need and I can train you in the comfort of your own home, garden, favourite outdoor space or anywhere you like!

Your individually designed pregnancy program will be carefully tailored to each trimester of your pregnancy with an emphasis upon maintaining core fitness, correct stretching, strengthening your postural muscles and your pelvic floor in preparation for giving birth to minimise the effects of pregnancy on your postnatal body.

All clients must check their health status with thier midwife before starting an exercise program. Prior to committing to any sessions, a 20 minute lifestyle consultation is essential. This is free of charge. We both need to know that the training I offer, is exactly right for you at this magical stage of your life!

Training clients with targeted pre/post-natal exercises, a postural stabilty focus or Pilates, requires a higher level of knowledge, qualifications and more importantly, experience in order to prepare relevant specific programs.

With a background in modifying and progressing exercises, your programme will be based around you and your baby. I will work with you and your midwife if need be to plan a safe and effective (more importantly enjoyable) educational programme especially, for you.

Working towards fitness and wellbeing targets with mums and mums to be, is part and parcel of what I do. I can work with clients with high blood pressure, pelvic girdle pain (SPD), a diastasis recti natural gap or pelvic floor problems. If you have a health condition and your midwife has given that important cue to 'go head and start exercising at a suitable level', I'm happy to help!

1-2-1 Prices:

1 hour £35
5 x 1 hour sessions £160
This includes complimentary optional Buggyfitness session per week or five to be banked for your postnatal recovery
10 x 1 hour sessions £300 this includes a guaranteed place on Pregnancy Yoga Exercise classes to compliment our 1-2-1s and an optional free prenatal Buggyfit session per week too! Also bankable 😊
