Long gone are the days we were told "put your feet up" during pregnancy. We know inactivity poses a far greater risk. With so much happening physically its really important to look after yourself and create healthy habits.

Clients often prefer home based Pilates, Yoga or strength training. Uniquely tailored to each trimester with a focus on using exercises that support post natal recovery and the active lifestyle of a new Mum. Mindfulness is key so links to music and meditations are offered too.

1-2-1 GP Exercise Referrals & Menopause Wellness

When you've been advised by a GP to exercise, its so important to train at the right level. If you've been ill or are recovering from injury the same cautions apply. Intuitive and empathic taking time to plan out the best exercise approach for you comes naturally. I love being part of your health focused experience. Offering 121s for medically controlled conditions includes older adults, prenatal, post natal and peri-post menopause support.

Working with wheel chair users, clients livng with brain injury or waiting for surgery is an area of great interest to me. I have accumulated over 500 hours practical experience in gym, nursing, care home and community settings. Equipment and exercise styles vary according to how clients present on the day. Sometimes it's parachute games other days is singing and drumming for health!
