Use me for those important warm ups at your fundraiser. Be it a walking, running charity gig or sports day, I'll invoke the fitness party spirit for your big event. Or, deliver exercise information for your specialist health condition at the next group meeting.

Educate and motivate

Got a group of ladies in your play group? Do you run a family or toddler group? Here is a great way to offer something for them for FREE! I run workshops E.g 'what's the score with the pelvic floor?' or 'Essential posture and back care', 'Mother and baby YogaPilates' or even 'Family Yoga'. These are typically 20-40 minutes. Teaching young people to connect to their own minds and the skills to relax is hugely important in today's modern and hectic world.

Successfully graduating from the five day Youth Mindfulness course check out the amazing Youth Mindfulness course content here and the Children Do Yoga certification has developed my tool box of gems and treasures. Using songs, sound, breathing practice, games and plenty of fun poses.

The Kids Yoga Club runs term time at Bodnant Welsh Foods Wednesday afternoons. 4-4.45pm. Children 5-10 are welcome. Just book on and bring a Yoga mat so we can jump on our rafts and go on adventures together!

Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing

If you're thinking about a less stressful way to team bond, contact me about a Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing taster or a full body relaxation workshop like 'The big chill' using guided imagery.

Moving meditation is a powerful tool resulting in a subtle immersive trance state. Rightly known as a form of self-hypnosis where you can tune in and drop out! I can help you find what works best for you.

The 16 lessons from the Kids Youth Mindfulness Programme for schools and community also includes some tai chi adventures and the kids just love it!

Secular Yoga & Mindfulness prices

Courses are typically 8 x 1 hour sessions £480 based on a max of 15 people. If additional teachers are present numbers can be increased in line with Covid 19 government guidance for indoor activities at the time of the event.

1 hour tasters are £65 and shorter courses for wellbeing week activities can be arranged.

School rates are £70 per hour based on up to 30 pupils with an Teaching Assistant/Staff member present. Students requiring 1-2-1 support are welcome with their tutor support. A day rate is also available 9am-3pm is £370.

Previous school wellbeing week activities have been tailored to school themes/indoor or outdoor nature stewardship projects/physical education and or relaxation. Staff wellbeing activities are also available!

The five elements can be shortened into an eight hour course are exploring the breath, focusing the mind, meditation through movement and in stillness, gratitude and forgiveness, self awareness, learning to be, self healing, and relaxation techniques.
